Sacrifice!

It's a good thing that usually giving up something good seems to result in greater blessings. Case in point. I sold both motorcycles (Harley Davidson Softail Springer and an Ultra Groundpounder) prior to Adona being born. And, she of course is a great joy and brings more smiles. She does make me laugh with her excitement when she sees or hears a motorcycle go by and says, "Daddy motorcycle." This last weekend we missed the annual Zion National Park Memorial Day Weekend trip with its hikes and canyons. I even wore my ACA shirt and some climbing shorts around the house on Saturday in memory of the trip. I do hope to hear all about the canyon and see lots of photos. We didn't go due to the unborn and unnamed child number two not being born yet! She technically still isn't due until June 6th, but I hope she looks forward to the trips in the future and enjoys them as Adona does with motorcycles. I await the joy she will bring and look forward to what personality she will add to the family!
